The internet has been celebrated as providing a new world of democratic and creative expression. Has it also granted the purveyors of bigotry a new, efficient and unregulated conduit for their ideas? Has a change in technology engendered a change in politics or is the internet being used as simply the latest tool of established hate groups or? How should sites devoted to disseminating hate be regulated? or is regulation the greater evil? How can bigotry on the internet be attacked? Cyberhate will provide a forum for discussing these, and related, ideas.
