Victims of Crime Association: Queensland State Conference 2002

Date: 30 May 2002 through 31 May 2002
Author: Victims of Crime Association Queensland

Conference Theme : Resilient Workers Supporting Resilient Survivors

About the theme:
'Resilient workers supporting resilient survivors' aims to raise awareness of strategies that can be utilised to support both workers and victims of crime. It is also expected the theme will spark debate regarding the ability for victims of crime (and even workers) to be resilient throughout the criminal justice process.

The conference will be a launching pad for debate and reform in the treatment of victims of crime in Queensland. The conference will work toward outcomes that enhance the recovery of victims of crime and the reparation of damage caused by criminal acts.
