Men and Relationships: Implications for the Workplace

Men's Line Australia and Relationships Australia are continuing their management seminar entitled Men and Relationships: Implications for the Workplace. After a successful seminar in Melbourne, the seminar will be conducted in Sydney on the 3 September 2002

Men's coping strategies are often inadequate as is demonstrated by the high incidents of male suicide, depression and other high-risk behaviours. In the workplace, this may be evident by performance difficulties, absenteeism, industrial accidents and stress. This management seminar will provide practical strategies for identifying employees who are at risk and the appropriate steps managers can implement to support and manage those men experiencing the loss of a relationship or family.
