ACOSS Congress: Fair and Inclusive Australia

The conference will deal with the meaning of fairness and inclusion in contemporary Australia and identify some of the challenges and ways forward.

The conference aims to engage in debate and seek strategies of managing the pressures modern Australian communities face from both diminished access to resources and services and government policies such as mutual obligation, the need to discourage dependency and encourage capacities of local communities.
