Pre conference networks day:
The 13 June 2000 is set aside for
pre- conference network meetings.
Assistance, including free meeting rooms, will be provided to groups wanting to
arrange network meetings.
The list of meetings and venues will be updated on this web site and email list. Refreshments will be provided from a base location during the day
and informal pre-conference.
Please contact Helen McGowan
(Conference Coordinator) if you require assistance in arranging your network meetings.

Displays
We are encouraging you to display material
about your services, projects and research during the conference. Please contact Helen McGowan to make arrangements. There is no charge for
non-profit and government organisations. Businesses should inquire about display rates.

Flight and travel information
Ansett Australia, in partnership with
Kendell Airlines, are the official conference airlines. Special airfares of up to 45%
discount off the full economy airfare are available to delegates attending the
conference. These airfares are subject to availability at the time of booking and will not
incur cancellation fees. Alternatively "Best Fare of the Day" with special

Sponsored attendance
The organising committee is working
hard to offer a limited number of sponsored conference registrations and billets.
The criteria applied to requests are: financial need, likely benefits of conference
attendance to the state, region or community in which the individual resides and the
likely contribution of the individual to the diversity and success of the conference.

Child care
| Fifteen child care places for children
to age 6 have been reserved at Central Albury Occasional Child Care (next door to the
venue.) Contact

Cancellation policy
| All alternations or cancellations to
your registration must be made in writing and will be acknowledged by post, fax or email.
Notification should be sent to Countrywide Conference Management A refund of registration fees, less an administration charge of $50
will me made to any participant cancelling before 1 June 2000. After 1 June 2000 refunds
will be at the discretion of the organising committee. However, if you are unable to
attend, substitutes are welcome to attend at no additional cost.
